If you fail to log in using the steps on the following page, the following are possible causes.
How to sign up, log in or log out(With SSO)
Web browser (PC)
"Error code: E2006"
Receive this error message when a member's registration can't be confirmed.
Please contact your company's Unipos admin to check the following two points.
- Has your account been registered with Unipos and the SSO linked to Unipos?
- Have you registered the same email address on Unipos and the SSO linked to Unipos?
"Error code: E3001"
You may receive this error message when your account is restricted.
Please contact your company's Unipos admin to check the following two points.
- Is your account “suspended”?
- Has your company stopped using Unipos?

If you are redirected to the Unipos login page, please try the following two points.

Your Unipos account has been suspended or deleted.

Suspended or deleted accounts cannot login to Unipos.

"An unexpected error seems to have occurred."
Please confirm the following two items.

Is your Unipos app the latest version?
- You can visit Google Play or App Store to confirm whether there is any update.

Can you log in after uninstall/install it again the Unipos App?
- Uninstall your app and install it again from Google Play or App Store.
