If you can't click the "Send" button on the password reset email form, the following may be the cause

Email address is not entered and is blank
- Please enter your own email address registered with Unipos.
- If you are not certain which email address is registered, please contact the Unipos admin of your organization.
- Please enter your own email address registered with Unipos.

E-mail address includes full-width letters or spaces.
- Please make sure to enter your email address in half-width letters.
- You may have used a full-width "@", instead of a half-width one.
- If your email address includes any unnecessary spaces, please remove them.
- Please make sure to enter your email address in half-width letters.
If you don't receive an email after clicking "Send" and receiving the message "An email to reset your password has been sent to (your email address)", please refer to the following page.
