Why does Unipos log you out?
Both the web and app versions of Unipos are designed to hold the login status.
However, the system may automatically log you out to maintain security. The situations may include
- You logged in a while ago.
- Your connection is poor.
- You are accessing Unipos via Wi-Fi within your organization, VPN, or any other network filters.

Your organization's admin has set up the session timeout settings.
- This is a feature that requires a user to sign in again after being idle for a certain period of time.
- You will receive a message indicating that your session has timed out.
If you have been signed out of your Unipos account, please log back in.

If none of the above issues apply to you and Unipos continues to sign you out, you may be experiencing some glitches.
When you contact Unipos customer support, please provide as many details as possible, such as the browser you are using, the version, and how often you are signed out of Unipos.
