About reset a password
If you have admin authority, you can reset the passwords of other members.
You can use this function when:
- a member forgets their password and you want to reset it as an admin
- you want to protect an account
- you want to cancel an account lockout
How to reset a password
- Go to Team Admin > Member > Members
- Choose the member you want to reset the password of
- Click "Reset Password”
- Click "Reset”
Actions to be taken by members after password reset
After the admin resets the password, members need to set their own passwords.
The password setting method differs between “email address members” and “login ID members”.
Inform members that, based on the type of member, they will be required to.
Email address member
When you reset the password for “Email address member”, the following email will be sent.
- Subject: [Unipos] Password reset e-mail
- Sender: [no-reply@mail.unipos.me](mailto:no-reply@mail.unipos.me)
Please inform the member to reset their password by following the steps “3. Access the URL in the password reset email”.

I can't receive a password reset email
Login ID member
When you reset the password for “Login ID member”, the QR code in the “Account Information” PDF will be changed.
Please refer to the following page to download the new PDF file, print it out and give it to your members.

Then, please inform the member to reset their password by following the steps “3. Scan the QR code in the lower right corner of the "Account Information” form”.
Tips for the reset password function

You can reset passwords individually.

You cannot reset multiple members' passwords simultaneously.

- If your organization uses SSO, this function will only available to the members who have an admin authority.
