How to reset password
There are two ways to reset a password.
- Unipos admin to reset the password
- Update Password from the Settings page
Unipos admin to reset the password
1. Ask your organization's Unipos admin to reset the password
Please contact your organization's Unipos admin.

2. Receive the updated Account Information sheet
Once the password is reset, the QR code on the Account Information sheet will be updated.
Please receive a new Account Information sheet from the admin.

3. Scan the QR code in the lower right corner of the “Account Information” form
Use your phone to scan the QR code on the Account Information sheet and download the smartphone app.
4. Enter two new passwords and click "Set password and login”
Change the Password from the Settings screen
1. Access the “Settings" while logged in to Unipos
In the top left-hand corner of the smartphone app screen, tap > "Settings".
2. Tap “Account” > ”Change”
3. Enter the current password and the new password, tap "Save"
