About login history
This function that you can view data for the past 180 days.
Please see below.
- Date and time (JST)
- E-mail address or Login ID
※Only companies using the Login ID function can view the “Login ID”. - Login results (successful/unsuccessful)
- Device information (OS: browser)
- IP address
How to confirm your login history
- Go to Team Admin > Security > Login History
- Choose “Period”
- Enter “E-mail address” or “Login ID” (optional)
※Only companies using the Login ID function can enter the “Login ID”. - Click “Login”
- Click “Sarch”
About “Period”
- You can view data for the past 180 days.
- The period (date) will conform to the team's time zone.
About “E-mail address”

Entering your email address is optional.

Enter your email address to display the login history for one person.
- The email address must exactly match the email address registered with Unipos.
- You can see members' registered email addresses from Team Admin > Member.
About “Login ID”
※Only companies using the Login ID function can enter the “Login ID”.

- The Login ID must exactly match the Login ID registered with Unipos.
- You can see members' registered Login ID from Team Admin > Member.
About “Login”
- In Login, choose “All”, “Successful”, or “Unsuccessful”.
Tips for the login history function

Login history does not allow members to check their login history using Slack, Teams, or other linked tools.
- However, if you access the web browser version of Unipos using the Teams Unipos app or the browser display function, you can check your login history.
