This page explains what to do if you forget your password when login to Unipos with "Email address”.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the below steps to reset your password.
How to reset password
There are two ways to reset password.
- Send a reset password email
- Update password from the Settings page
Send a reset password email
1. Log out of Unipos and access the form at https://unipos.me/forgot_password
Click on "Reset Password" at the bottom of the login screen (https://unipos.me/login) to access the form.
If you access the above URL while logged in, you will be redirected to the timeline. Please be sure to access the URL after logging out.
For details on how to log out, please "Logout".
2. Enter the email address registered with Unipos and click "Send"
※On Smartphone App, an error message will be displayed if there is a space at the end of the e-mail address. In that case, please remove the space and try sending the message. Tap "Send" after deleting the space.
If you click “Send," a password reset email will be sent to you with the following Title / Sender.

- Sender:[no-reply@mail.unipos.me](mailto:no-reply@mail.unipos.me)

3. Access the URL in the password reset email
4. Enter two new passwords and click "Set password and login”
Update Password from the Settings screen
1. Access the “Settings” while logged in to Unipos
Web(PC): Click on your icon in the upper right corner of the screen > Settings > Account.
Smartphone App: Tap at the top left-hand corner of the screen > “Settings”
2. Choose “Account”, Enter your current password and new password in the password field
In the smartphone app, tap "Change" and then enter the password.
After entering the password, click / tap "Save".
