Reminders
- The person who sets this up needs to have admin authority for Unipos.

Only one workspace and one channel can be chosen when setting up.
- If you want to set up a private channel, the person setting it up must be a member of that private channel.

If the Slack account of the person who has linked with Slack is suspended, functions related to Slack linking may become unavailable.

In this case, please follow the steps below to link Slack again.
- Check the status of Slack linking in the Unipos Team Admin > Link external services.

In “Linked” case:Please unlink slack and then link it again by another Unipos admin.
※Please refer to “How to unlink Slack” for how to unlink Slack. - In “Not Linked” case:Please link Slack again by another Unipos admin.

In this case, please follow the steps below to link Slack again.
How to set up Slack linking
1. Create a channel to show Unipos posts on
We recommend creating a dedicated channel to display Unipos posts in order to separate business communication and Unipos posts.
2. Click Team Admin > Link external services >"Link" on Slack
3. Choose the Slack workspace you want to link to, then choose a Slack channel to display Unipos posts on
※If there are many channels, not all channels will display in the choices. Please enter the name of the channel you want to set in the search window and choose it.
4. Click "Allow.”
This completes the setup process.
Once Slack linking is complete, Unipos will indicate "Linked" on Unipos Team Admin > Link external services.
