You can use the following 7 functions by syncing Slack.
To exchange points on Slack (posting and clapping), both the sender and receiver need to be linked and synced with Slack. Otherwise, they will receive an error message!

▼You can see Unipos posts on a Slack channel (the Slack team must be linked)
Unipos posts can be displayed on an open channel or private channel.
▼You can clap through Slack
On the Slack timeline, you will see a clap icon in each post.
You can clap up to 60 times per post.
Once you send claps, you will see a message confirming your claps have been sent.
Only you can see this pop-up message.
※Claps cannot be sent via a "/" command.
※If you post on a channel not linked to Unipos, claps can be sent on that channel too.
▼You can post through Slack
There are two ways to create a post on Unipos by using a slash command.

- Display a dialog
You can share your posts not only on the Unipos timeline, but also on Slack by posting on the channel you want to share your post.
▽Use a command to send a post
Type "/unipos" and the following information on Slack and send.
- @Recipient
- +Points
- Message (#Hashtag)
※The content after "/unipos" can be submitted in any order.
※You can specify multiple recipients.
※Click "+" and enter the number of points you want to send to each recipient.
■Notes
Please note that under the following conditions, an error message will be displayed when submitting a submission.
- The total points (points sent to each recipient x the number of recipients) cannot exceed 120 points or "Points available".
- Your message (including the #hashtag) exceeds 400 characters.
- When posting to someone who is not registered in Slack or Unipos.
Please note that if you send a post through a private channel or direct message, or if you address the post to yourself, the error message may not be displayed and the post may fail. We recommend that you post in an open channel.
▽Display a dialog to send a post
1. Enter /unipos as a command and send.
Then, you will see a dialog box as shown below.
2. Create your post in the dialog.
※Please see the descriptions of each item below.
- To: Recipient of the post
※You can specify multiple recipients (up to 120 members).
※Please note that if you try to post to someone who is not registered in Slack or Unipos, you will receive an error message. - Points: The number of points you want to send ※Please use half-width numbers.
※Enter a half-width number.
※The total points (points sent to each recipient x the number of recipients) cannot exceed 120 points or "Points available". - Message: Your message
※Please note that if your message (including the #team hashtag) exceeds 400 characters, an error message will be displayed. - Team hashtags: Team hashtags you want to include in your post (optional).
- You will see a question: "Do you want to share your post on this channel too?"
Choose "Yes" if you want to share your post on the Slack channel you are on when you create the post.
※A post can be sent without points or hashtags.
※You cannot use a command within a thread or "shared" comment.
※Please note that if you send a post through a private channel or direct message, or if you address the post to yourself, the error message may not be displayed and the post may fail. We recommend that you post in an open channel.
3. Click "Send".
※You will experience an error if you try to send a post from a Slack thread.
※You can't confirm team hashtags.
※You can't edit or delete a post on Slack. To do so, please go to Unipos. If you edit a post, the content will be reflected to the post on Slack. If you delete a post, it will also be deleted from Slack.
▼You can receive Unipos notifications on Slack
You can receive the following Unipos notifications on Slack.
The following notification settings are initially set to "ON" when Integration for Slack is enabled.
Notification settings can be changed from Settings > Notification > Slack Notification.
- Received posts
- Posts without your reaction
- Received claps
- Point reset reminder
- Notifications about the remaining points you can send this week, the number of posts shared by the members you are following, and unread posts shared by the members you are following are also sent to Microsoft Teams.
- Point reset notification
- Posts related to members you are following
- Recently joined members
- You will receive a notification about members who recently joined Unipos in your department.
- Product information
- For the members who use Unipos via Slack, notifications about new functions and information related to Unipos support will be sent.
- Reminder to complete self-introduction
- You will receive a reminder to complete your self-introduction on My Timeline. ※This notification is available when the profile setting is "Public" on the Team Admin page.
▼You can use a Slack notification about recently joined members to send a post / follow a member / view a list of new members.
▽You can send a post through a Slack notification
When you receive a notification about recently joined members, click "Send a post" under a member's name. You can send a welcome message through your Microsoft Teams account.
When you launch a post this way, the following contents are automatically included. You can change each information as needed.
- Recipient: The member you selected on the Microsoft Teams notification.
- Points: 10 points
- Message: A template text will be auto-populated.
▽You can follow recently joined members through a Slack notification
Click "Follow" under a member's name to jump to their profile page. You can follow the member and will never miss their achievements.
▽You can view a list of recently joined members through a Slack notification
On a Teams notification, up to 5 new members will be displayed.
If more than 5 members have joined your department, click "View recently joined members" to see a list of all of the new members.
▼You can confirm the remaining points you can send this week
Enter /unipos-point to confirm your remaining points you can send this week, as shown in the picture below.

Click/tap the "+" icon and choose a reaction from the list (🙇🙂👍💪✌️🙌💕).
※Your reaction will be reflected in real time, whether you react through a computer (web browser), smartphone app, or Slack.
Once you react to a post, you will see a message as below.
You can see your reaction on the Slack channel linked to Unipos.
※You can't react through the Slack channel, even if it is linked to Unipos.
