If you can’t click some buttons listed above, it may be due to an extensions you are using.

Please disable the extensions one by one by following the instructions below and try clicking the buttons again.

How to disable Google chrome browser extension

1. Click in the upper right corner of the screen > ”Extensions” > ”Manage extensions”
2. Click the blue toggle button in the lower right corner of the extension you want to disable

How to disable Microsoft Edge browser extension

1. Click the in the upper right corner of the screen > ”Extensions” > ”Manage extensions”
2. Click the blue toggle button to the right of the extension you want to disable

How to disable Safari browser extension

Mac

1. Click “Safari” > “Settings” > ”Extensions”
2. Deselect the checkboxes of the extensions you want to disable

iPhone

1. Settings > Safari > “Extensions”
2. Select the extension you want to disable
3. Tap the toggle to the right of the extension to disable it
