How to reset password

There are two ways to reset a password.

• Ask your company's Unipos admin to reset your password
• Update Password from the Settings page

 

Ask your company's Unipos admin to reset your password

1. Contact your company's Unipos admin to reset your password

2. Receive a new “Account Information” form

When you reset the password, the QR code in the “Account Information” PDF will be changed.

You will receive a new “Account Information” form from the admin.

3. Scan the QR code in the lower right corner of the “Account Information” form

After the admin has reset your password, use your smart phone to scan the QR code in the lower right corner of the “Account Information” form.

 

4. Enter two new passwords and click "Set password and login”

 

Change the Password from the Settings screen

1. Access the “Settings" while logged in to Unipos

In the top left-hand corner of the smartphone app screen, tap > "Settings".

 

2. Tap “Account” > ”Change”

 

3. Enter the current password and the new password, tap "Save"
