Please read this page before suspending Login ID members' accounts. You will be able to confirm action items for the members to receive gift cards with the points they earned.

Things to do before suspending an account
Members for suspended accounts will not be able to access the Gift Exchange page on Unipos.
Make sure to remind the members to receive gift cards before their accounts are suspended.
To claim a gift cards issued during the suspended account
Login ID members will not be able to receive gift cards by email.
Login ID members need to claim gift cards on the Gift Exchange screen on Unipos.
If the account is suspended when gift cards are issued, they will be available on Unipos. They will not be sent by email.
To claim a gift cards issued during the suspended account, the admin need to reactivate member's account and members log in to Unipos.
The admin needs to tell the member to claim any unexchanged gift cards once the member's account has been reactivated.
Reminders
As long as the account meets the coditions for gift cards to be issued, the user will receive their gift cards while their account is suspended.
