Please read this page before deleting email address members' accounts. You will be able to confirm action items for the members to receive gift cards with the points they earned.

Things to do before deleting accounts
Receive all gift cards
Users for deleted accounts will not be able to access the Gift Exchange page on Unipos.
Make sure to remind the users to receive gift cards before their accounts are deleted.
Ensure the members can exchange their last gift cards
Perform the following two actions to ensure the members can exchange their last gift cards.
①Before deleting an account, change the user's email address
When a gift card is issued, the user will receive an email notification with the subject line and sender below.
- Sender: no-reply@mail.unipos.me
- Subject: 【Unipos】You have received a new Gift!
Before deleting the account, change the user's email address to the one that they can continue receiving emails in.
In addition, please ask the user to set up permissions to allow the following email address or domain.
- Email address: no-reply@mail.unipos.me
- Domain: @mail.unipos.me
②Delete the account after 9:00 on the first day of the month
To issue the last gift card, delete the account after 9:00 on the first day of the month.
You can also suspend the user's account before deleting their account, if you wish to cease their access to Unipos before the first day of the month.
Depending on the timing of deleting (or suspending) an account, the user will receive a different email notification.
■Deleting (or suspending) before 23:59 of the first five day of the month
The link to claim the last gift card will be included in the email notification.
Please ask the user to receive their gift card via the email.
(Example) Points earned in June (gift cards to be issued in July)
⇨ If you would like to include the gift exchange link in the email notification, please follow one of the steps below.
- Suspend the accoung by 23:59 on July 5 (and delete the account after).
- Delete the account between 9:00 on July 1 and 23:59 on July 5.
■Deleting (or suspending) the account after the sixth day of the month
The link to claim the last gift card will not be included in the email notification.
The user will need to exchange the last gift card on the gift exchange page on Unipos.
Please delete the account acter the user receives the last gift card.
※Click "Receive Gift Cards" in the email notification to go to Unipos.
(Example) Deleting (or suspending) the account after July 6
⇨ The link to claim the last gift card for the points earned in June (issued in July) will not be included in the email notification.
Please delete the account after the user claims their gift card via Unipos.
Reminders
- Gift cards may not be issued if you delete the account before 9:00 on the first day of the month.

Email addresses cannot be changed after accounts are deleted.
- Make sure to change the email address before deleting the account.
- You don't need to change the email address if the account already has an email address registered where the user can be reached.
- As long as the account meets the coditions for gift cards to be issued, the user will receive their gift cards even if their account is deleted before email notifications are sent.
