Reminders when set up SSO
How to log in after SSO set up
When SSO is set up, all members will be able to log in to Unipos by following the steps below.
How to sign up, log in or log out(With SSO)
Members who hasn’t admin authority can’t log in using their email address and password.
And will not be able to use functions related to their passwords (change/reset passwords, etc.).
After setting up SSO, only members with admin authority can continue to log in by following the steps below.

※Members who have been granted admin authority after setting up SSO please follow the steps in "I forgot my password/want to reset it" to set up a password.
Scope of SSO cancellation
When you cancel the SSO, the cancellation will be applied to all members registered in Unipos.
It can’t be applied to only specific members.
An invitation email
When you add a member in Unipos, an invitation email is sent to the added member.
The information in the invitation email is different before and after SSO is set up. Please see the page below for more details.
The best timing for registering members on Unipos
We recommend that you complete the SSO set up on Unipos before registering members on Unipos.
Because before and after setting up SSO, the login method and the information in the invitation email will change.

Set up SSO after adding members
Log in after setting up SSO
Members who are already logged in to Unipos can continue to use Unipos after SSO is set up.
They will not be forced to log out when SSO is set up.
If you have logged out after setting up SSO, you must follow the steps below to log in.

※If you want to force them to log out, use the session timeout settings.
How to confirm your SSO login link
Invitation emails with SSO login link are not sent to members who were added to Unipos before SSO is set up.
In order for the added members to confirm their SSO login link, they must choose one of the following after SSO setup,

The member himself/herself sends the password reset email
- After setting up SSO, you will receive an email with the SSO login link after sending the password reset email.
- You can send a password reset email by following the steps on the below.

Share SSO login link with someone who has admin authority
- SSO login link can be confirmed by those who have admin authority by following the steps on the below.
How to set up SSO
There are four steps to SSO setup.
- Set up the required information in your IdP (Identity Provider )
- Set up the required information in Unipos Team Admin > Security
- Add members at Unipos Team Admin > member > members
- Grant login to members with the IdP you are using
※The above steps may be back and forth depending on the IdP.
When SSO setup is complete, “Configuring” will appear in Team Admin > Security > SSO Settings.
