If you don't receive emails from Unipos, your email address may be on the "undeliverable email list".
For emails related to password reset, sign-up invitation, or gift exchange, please see below first.
- I can't receive a password reset email
- I can't receive an invitation email
- I can't receive a gift exchange (point exchange) email
What is the undeliverable email list?
In the event that an email from Unipos bounces back for any reason, the Unipos server may consider that the recipient is blocking the email.
When this happens, the reipient's email adress will be registered to the undeliverable email list, and emails from 'no-reply@mail.unipos.me' will no longer be sent to that address.
Why is an email address registered to the undeliverable email list?
Below are a few scenarios of when an email may be registered to the undeliverable email list.
- The email address is invalid (i.e. emails cannot be sent or received).
- The inbox is at capacity.
- Emails from 'no-reply@mail.unipos.me' can't be delivered to the recipient, due to the security settings or other reasons.
- The recipient's server has a temporary glitch.
What happens when an email is registered to the undelivable email list?
All emails from Unipos ('no-reply@mail.unipos.me) will not be delivered to the email address.
- Invitation emails
- Password reset emails
- Emails related to gifts or points
- Other email notifications
※These emails will not be delivered, even if your email notification is turned on.
If you are still receiving some of the emails from the list above, your email address is not registered to the undeliverable email list.
Please try the following options.
- Check your spam or promotions folder to see if the emails from Unipos are received there.
- Allow the following email address or domain in your email settings:
- Email address: no-reply@mail.unipos.me
- Domain: @mail.unipos.me
Users are not able to see whether their email address is registered to the undeliverable email list.
If you wish to confirm, please contact Unipos customer support.
※When contacting us, please provide us with the registered e-mail address of the person in quest.
How to avoid being added to the undeliverable email list
For all members
- Make sure your email system is not blocking email from 'no-reply@mail.unipos.me'.
- Allow the following email address or domain in your email settings:
※Please note that the steps to update the settings are different in each email system.
- Email address: no-reply@mail.unipos.me
- Domain: @mail.unipos.me
- Make sure your inbox is not at capacity.
- Secure capacity in your inbox by archiving or deleting unnecessary emails.
For administrative (information systems) employees
- Before adding new members to Unipos, make sure their email addresses are valid (emails can be sent or received).
- Pay close attention to the employees whose accounts are changed from "Suspended" to "Active".
- Make sure the email addresses registered with Unipos are correct and do not include unncessary spaces.
- Make sure your organization's email system does not block emails in the settings.
- Make sure your organization's email system accepts emails from external senders.
