Reminders
- You will first need permission to install third party apps.
- (Teams app settings for the entire organization > Third party app settings must be turned on.)
- Teams admin authority is required to grant this permission.
- Microsoft Teams can be linked by individual members or your organization's Teams administrator who has admin authority.
- Once the Microsoft Teams Unipos app is set up, there will be NO indication of Unipos being linked on the Team Admin page > Link external services.
How to set up the Teams Unipos app
Teams admin to set up the app (recommended)
1. Access Admin Center on Teams and click "Teams apps" > "Manage apps" on the sidebar.
2. Search Unipos, and ensure the status shows "Allowed".
3. Click "Setup policies" on the sidebar.
4. Choose the policy you want to change (i.e. choose the group you want to pin the Teams Unipos app for), and click "Edit".
※The image below shows "Global (Org-wide default)". Please choose the policy that works in your situation.
※If you wish to apply the setting to specific members, click "Add" and make a new policy. Then, click "Assign users" to choose the members to apply the setting to, and follow the steps above.

5. Under "Installed apps", click "Add apps".
6. Search Unipos.
7. Click "Add".
8. Under "Pinned apps", click "Add apps".
9. Search Unipos and click "Add".
10. Sort the apps in the order you want to display them on the sidebar (optional).
Drag the double line icon and slide it up or down.
11. Click "Save".
12. If you see a notification that "Changes will take time to take effect", click "Confirm".
This completes the setup process.
It may take a few hours before the setting is reflected to each member's account.
If a member does not see the Unipos app on their sidebar, please have them restart their Teams.
※On the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, right click the Teams icon, click "Quit", and restart Teams.
If the problem persists, please try the individual setup as outlined below.
Individual users to set up the app
1. Click "..." on the sidebar and search Unipos.
2. Click "Open".
3. Click "Continue".
4. Right click the Unipos icon on the sidebar, and click "Pin".
5.Click "Pin".
This completes the setup process.
