How to contact Customer Suppot
1. Click the "Support" icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Click "Get in touch".
3. Click "Leave a message".
4. Enter the your name, e-mail address and message, and click "Send".
Please note that if you press [Enter] when entering your message, it will be sent.
Your message will be sent to the Unipos customer service.
Please wait for a response from our team.
Note
Entering or submitting text without clicking "Get in touch" will not send Customer Support.
Be sure to click "Get in touch".
How to check the response from Customer Support
You can check it in the following two ways.
- As a Product information from Unipos
- By email
As a Product information from Unipos
If you contact us while not logged into Unipos, we will not be able to confirm your inquiry this way.
Please contact us by email.
1. Click on the 【i】 icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
When you receive a response, you will see a red dot next to the 【i】 icon.
Response can be confirmed in the "Product Information".
2. Click on the message "You have received a reply from Customer Support"
When you click on the message "You have received a reply from Customer Support", you will jump to a page "My Request Page".
You can see a list of your inquiries.
※Inquiries submitted without a Unipos login can't be viewed here.
3. Click the subject line
Click the subject line to see the content of the response.
You can communicate with our representatives by using this function.
By email
A message will be sent to the email address registered with Unipos from Unipos support<support@unipos-support.zendesk.com>
Not only can you confirm the content of the response, you can also send your reply via email.
How to get a bot to refer helpful articles
Reviewing the help pages may help you resolve your question or problem without having to contact our support team.
The following steps will automatically recommend help pages that may be helpful to you.
1. Click the "Support" icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Type your question or problem in the "Type your question here..." field and press Enter.
Try typing "I forgot my password" and pressing Enter to send it.
※The typed or sent text here will not be sent to Customer Support.
3. Click on each article to view the contents of the article
Recommended articles will be automatically displayed based on the information you entered.
Please click on the article you think will be helpful and review the content.
If the help page doesn't solve your problem, please click on "No, I need help" and contact Customer Support. (See above for "How to contact Customer Suppot").
