1. I'm not receiving a point exchange email!
A point exchange email (giftee) includes the information about the points earned in the previous month. This email is sent to the registered email address within the first 10 business days.
There are some conditions to receive a point exchange email.
Please refer to this page for more details on which accounts are eligible to receive gift cards.
If you are not receiving a point exchange email even though you should, please confirm the following.
- Are you searching in the inbox of the email address registered with Unipos?
※For users who are leaving the organization, please update their email addresses, so that they can continue to receive email communications from Unipos. - Have you checked the spam folder or promotions folder?
- Are you rejecting emails from Amazon?
※If you suddenly stop receiving point exchange emails, you may wish to check your email settings to ensure you have not rejected to receive emails from Amazon.
If you still experience issues after confirming the above, please contact us and we will resend a point exchange email.
2. When I access giftee, it displays "403Forbidden".
This error message is usually displayed when you access giftee overseas. However, it occasionally occurs when you access the website in Japan.
< If you are accessing giftee in Japan >
① Cell phone / smartphone
Try turning off Wi-Fi and switch to your carrier's data to access giftee.
You can access giftee with ease from a cell phone or smartphone by using the QR code included in the email.
② Computer
Ensure you are not connected to VPN. Then, turn off and on Wi-Fi to access giftee.
Giftee can't be accessed from abroad. Please use the network in Japan.

Giftee can't be accessed from abroad. Please use the network in Japan.
You may use VPN, access your organization's Japanese network and visit the giftee website.
※If you live abroad, you will need to go through the network of your oranization's branch in Japan.
