What is the ABOUT ME?

ABOUT ME refers to each member's self-introduction page.

The admin can choose whether the ABOUT ME should be public or private. The admin can also edit each item for "personal introduction".

Under the default settings, there are 10 questions which can be all edited or deleted.

How to register ABOUT ME

Access Team Admin > Team > Custom Settings > ABOUT ME

How to make the ABOUT ME settings public or private

You can choose the "Make ABOUT ME public" from ON or OFF.

How to edit items for personal introduction

1. To edit item, hover your cursor over the question and click the pencil icon
2. You can edit the "Question" and "Example sentences", click "Save"

※A question needs to be under 48 letters and example sentences need to be under 280 letters.

※You do not need to save both question and example sentences for each item.

How to add items for personal introduction

1. Click "Create New"
2. You can add the "Question" and "Example sentences", click "Save"

※You can add up to 15 items.

How to delete items for personal introduction

1. To delete, hover your cursor over the question and click the bin icon
2. Click "Delete"

How to change the order items for personal introduction

1. Hover over the question which you want to change the order
2. Slide up and down while clicking on the  "=" sign on the left side of a personal introduction item to change the order
