How to respond to the error message
Close Unipos once and access it a little later
Click the in the upper right corner of the browser, close Unipos once, and try accessing it again a little later.
Reload your browser
Click the in the upper left corner of your browser to reload and try accessing Unipos again.
Access from other recommended browsers
Please switch your browser to another browser and try accessing Unipos.
(Example) If you use Google chrome

Clear cache of your browser
Please clear your browser cache and try accessing Unipos again.
The steps for clearing the cache vary from browser to browser.
Please refer to the following depending on the browser you are using (Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Safari).

How to clear cache in Google Chrome
- Right click on the screen and click "Inspect"

Right click the on the top left-hand corner of the screen
Click "Empty cache and hard reload"
If clearing cache does not solve the issue, please try clearing storage.
How to clear storage in Google Chrome
- Right click on the screen and click "Inspect"
- Click "Application" > "Clear storage" > Clear site data"
How to clear cache in Microsoft Edge
- Click in the upper right corner of the screen and click on "Settings"
- Click on "Privacy, search, and services" > "Clear browsing data" >"Choose what to clear"
- Check "Cached images and files" > click "Clear Now"
How to clear cache in Safari
- Click on "Safari" and then on "Preferences"
- Click "Advanced" and check "Show Develop menu in menu bar"
- Go to "Development" on the top of the screen and click "Empty Caches"
