Please check you are accessing Unipos with the system requirements for using Unipos from the following page.

Recommended system requirements and required domain to use Unipos

If you are not in the recommended system requirements, please access Unipos from the recommended system requirements.

If "An error has occurred" is displayed or the screen remains blank after accessing from the recommended system requirements, please refer to the following.

 

Web browser (PC)

Please try clearing your browser cache.

 

How to clear cache in Google Chrome

    1. Right click on the screen and click "Inspect".

    2. Right click the reload icon on the top left-hand corner of the screen.

    3. Click "Empty cache and hard reload".

※If clearing cache does not solve the issue, please try clearing storage.

 

How to clear storage in Google Chrome

    1. Right click on the screen and click "Inspect".

    2. Click "Application" and "Clear storage".

    3. Click "Clear site data".

    4. Go back to Google Chrome and try logging into Unipos.

 

How to clear cache in Microsoft Edge

    1. Click "・・・" in the upper right corner of the screen and click on "Settings".

    2. Click on "Privacy, search, and services" > "Clear browsing data" >
      "Choose what to clear".

    3. Check "Cached images and files" > click "Clear Now".

 

How to clear cache in Safari

    1. Click on "Safari" and then on "Preferences".

    2. Click "Advanced" and check "Show Develop menu in menu bar".

    3. Go to "Development" on the top of the screen and click "Empty Caches".

 

Smartphone app

Please try the following operation.

• Clear the app cache (recommended)
  
  • Tap "Clear Cache" in the error screen.

• Check to see if the Unipos application is up to date, and if not, update it.

  • Please refer to How do I update my Unipos app?

• Uninstall your app and install it again from Google Play / App Store.
  • When installing again, you can access the Unipos page on Google Play / App Store from the following URL or QR code.
