▼If problems persist even after using recommended browsers
If your screen remains blank or does not display properly, it may be due to the data accumulated in your browser.
Please try clearing cache and storage as explained below.
※If clearing cache does not solve the issue, please try clearing storage.
【How to clear cache in Google Chrome】
1. Right click on the screen and click "Inspect".
2. Right click the reload icon on the top left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Click "Empty cache and hard reload".
【How to clear storage in Google Chrome】
1. Right click on the screen and click "Inspect".
2. Click "Application" and "Clear storage".
3. Click "Clear site data".
4. Go back to Google Chrome and try logging into Unipos.
【How to clear cache in Microsoft Edge】
1. Click "..." in the upper right corner of the screen and click on "Settings".
2. Click on "Privacy, search, and services" > "Clear browsing data" > " Choose what to clear".
3. Check "Cached images and files" and click "Clear Now".
【How to clear cache in Safari】
1. Click on "Safari" and then on "Preferences".
2. Click "Advanced" and check "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
3. Go to "Development" on the top of the screen and click "Empty Caches".
▼ Cannot log in from the smartphone application
▽"An unexpected error seems to have occurred" is displayed.
Please check the following two things.
・Please check that you have the latest version of the Unipos application.
(Please check if there are any updates from Google Play / App Store )
・Uninstall the app and try reinstalling it from Google Play / App Store.
