▼How to set up a departmental filter
1. Log into Unipos and open your timeline
2. Click "Department filter" (marked in red in the picture below)
3. Choose up to 10 departments or teams you want to display on the timeline
Your selected departments or teams will be displayed above the department filter.
Confirm that only the posts by the departments or teams of your choice are displayed on your timeline.
※If you choose a parent department, all the child departments underneath that parent department will be automatically chosen.
※If you choose a child department, its parent department will NOT be chosen.
▼The display order of departments
Departments you belong to is displayed at the top of the filter list.
Departments are displayed in the ascending order of the first digit and then in the alphabetical order.
To change the order, please update the department codes in accordance with the above display rule.
(Display order example)
Department code: 1, Department name: XX
Department code: 10, Department name: XX
Department code: 2, Department name: XX
Department code: 3, Department name: XX
Department code: a1, Department name: XX
※When you search departments or teams, they will be displayed in the order of the department codes, not based on the hierarchy of the departments.
※The filter settings are synced among devices, so your settings will be reflected when you used Unipos on another device or browser.
※The filter will reflect the groups when the post was initially created.
For example, let's assume that Employee A was transferred from the Sales department to the HR department. The posts that he created when he was still with the Sales department are included under the Sales department filter.
▼Error message: "We couldn't apply a department filter."
An error message is displayed when the specified filter cannot be applied.
When you receive an error message, the timeline will not reflect any filter. It will display all departments' posts.
Please wait and refresh your browser, and then re-apply the filter.
