③Confirm the extracted posts

Extraction period

Please wait until the specified "Posts extraction period" passes.
Award events can be viewed and edited around 12pm on the day after the "Posts extraction period" passed.
When an award events can be edited, an email notification will be sent to the admins.

 

Confirm the award event page

Visit the award event page via the link in the email notification. Alternatively, you can visit the award event page through Team Admin > Award system.

There are 2 award categories: "Awarded posts" and "Awarded members".

The default setting automatically selects 1 awarded post and 4 awarded members.

The selection criteria for each of the default awards are below.

 

Awarded post

Post = Events or actions that shared admirable.

On the initial screen, the post that received the most number of claps within the specified period will be displayed.

 

Awarded members

Members = A member who proactively appreciated other members' admirable actions and who demonstrated admirable actions to other members.

On the initial screen, the following members will be displayed based on the posts and claps within the specified period.

• Top 3 members who sent the most number of posts
• Top 3 members who received the most number of posts
• Top 3 members who sent the most number of claps
• Top 3 members who received the most number of claps

※If multiple members tie for a position in the ranking, up to 6 members will be displayed in the descending order of the number of claps.

※You can't edit the number of members to be awarded.

 

Customize an award (optional)

The awarded post and awarded members displayed on the initial screen can be optionally customized.

On the initial screen, Awarded post and Awarded members are customized with optional.

④Award event setting and notification

Share the award page with members

Turn on the award event setting at the top right-hand corner of the award event page.

The award page will be added to the sidebar on the left and the members will be able to see the page.

※In the smartphone app, after an award is created and set, restarting the app will reflect the award.

 

Notification to members

You can let the members know that the award page is ready by using the "Announcements by admin" function or the inter-office email system.

Sample announcement by admin: Award system

Title:
[New] "Award system name (ex: Monthly MVP Award)" will be ready!

Content:
"Award system name (ex: Monthly MVA Award)" will be selected!
This award system regularly acknowledges the posts and members that demonstrate beneficial actions
to the organization and teams. 
The selection is based on the number of claps and posts on Unipos. 
The award for this month will be announced next month.

Use the hashtag "#MonthlyMVPaward" (or a value hashtag) and engage in a lot of posts
and claps!

Sample announcement by admin: Awarded posts and members

Title:
[New] "Award system name (ex: Monthly MVP Award)" has been announced!

Content:
The posts and members have been selected for "Award system name (ex: Monthly MVA Award)"!
It has been awarded to the appreciated posts and members who promoted the organizational values in ○ 2021.

Reminders for posts addressed to multiple members

Calculations for awarded members

• Members who sent many posts
  • When you send a post to multiple members, it is counted as one post regardless of the number of recipients.
    
    
• Members who sent many claps
  • When you clap for a post addressed to multiple members, each clap is counted as one regardless of the number of recipients.
    
    
• Members who received many posts
  • When a post is sent to multiple members, each recipient is considered that they have received one post.
    
    
• Members who received many claps
  • When a post is sent to multiple members and receives claps, the total number of claps will be added to each recipient's and sender's calculations.
    ※For the purpose of the Award function, the number of claps will not be divided among the sender and recipients of the post.

 

How to confirm recipients of a post

When a post was addressed to 8 or more members, click "Display all awarded members" to confirm everyone's names.
