Members can exchange their Unipos points with your organization's original rewards.
Custom rewards can be created by the Admin. Once this function is turned on, all members can exchange their points with the rewards.
Options are endless
We recommend that you create rewards that align with your organization's goals and culture. For instance,
Allowance for books
Employees may appreciate allowance for business books.
You can also prepare a stock of books and distribute them to the employees.
Allowance for external training fees
With allowance options, employees may feel encouraged to attend external seminars.
Promotional items
You can add promotional items, such as sweaters with the company logo on them, to your list of rewards.
We often hear that employees' family members are interested in these items.
Allowance for lunch with colleagues
Whether your organization has implemented teleworking or not, lunch allowance will help facilitate communication among employees.
About "Points you can redeem"
To redeem Culture Rewards, you must have “Points you can redeem”.
“Points you can redeem” are displayed in the upper right corner of the Custom Rewards screen.
Points received up to the previous day will be reflected as “Points you can redeem” and can be accumulated without expiration date.
Notes
- Each member's “Points you can redeem” will continue to accumulate even while Custom Rewards Feature Settings is turned off.

Only the member himself/herself can check the “Points you can redeem” for each member.
- The admin cannot see all the points for all members at once.

When you redeem Custom Rewards, your “Points you can redeem” will be reduced by the amount you have spent.
- The “Points Received (this Month)” and “Points Received (Total),” which can be viewed on the Dashboard, etc., will not be reduced.
- If the Custom Rewards function is no longer available due to service discontinuation or other reasons, you may not be able to redeem your points even if you still have some points remaining.
Are you interested in the reward function?
If you wish to switch from another redemption plan to Culture Rewards, please contact Unipos customer support to set it up.
The reward function will be available on the first day of the following month after your settings are completed.
Notes
- Points earned before custom rewards are activated will not be eligible for exchanging with custom rewards.
- If your organization pays Unipos points to employees: After custom rewards are activated, employees' points will accumulate and can be exchanged for rewards. CSV files for payroll calculation purposes will no longer be produced.
