How to exchange points with Culture Rewards

How to exchange points with Culture Rewards.

1. Access the Culture Rewards.

Click "Culture Rewards" in the sidebar on the left.

If you are using Smartphone App, tap on in the upper left corner of the timeline, then "Culture Rewards".

2. Choose the Culture Rewards you would like.

Click the Culture Rewards of your choice from "Culture Rewards catalog."

3. Click "Redeem."

Click "Redeem" to complete your request. Then, your request will be sent to the admin. You will receive an email notification / push notification once the admin approves or rejects your request.

※You will not receive an email if your email notification / push notification are turned off.

Points you can redeem

• To request a custom award, you must have "Points you can redeem." 
  
  • "Points you can exchange" can be found in the upper right hand corner of the Culture Rewards screen.
• "Points you can redeem" is the sum of "Points you received" up to the previous day, and "Points you can redeem" have no expiry date.

※Redeeming points through Culture Rewards doesn't decrease "Points you received" (but decreases "Points you can redeem").

※If Culture Rewards is no longer available due to discontinuation of the service or other reasons, any remaining points may not be redeemed.
