▼If you are considering cancellation of the Unipos membership
You can "suspend" your membership for 6 months. During this period, your data will be preserved.
If you know that you will be resuming Unipos usage but need to pause your membership due to budget constraints, we recommend that you suspend your membership.
Cancellation
After the specified cancellation date, members will not be able to log into Unipos.
The data will be deleted 6 months after cancellation.
If you choose to resume the membership, you will need to go through the regular sign-up process (payment of sign-up fees, creating a new account, etc.)
Suspension
You will not be charged while your membership is suspended. The data will be preserved for 6 months.
In the last month of the membership suspension, we will send a reminder email to confirm the membership status for the following month and thereafter.
Please reply to the email and advise whether to reinstate or cancel the membership.
If no response is sent by a week before the end of the membership suspension, your membership will be cancelled.

If you have a monthly contract, please give us a cancellation notice a week before the last business day of the month in which you wish to cancel your membership. If you have a 6-month or yearly contract, please give us a cancellation notice by the date specified on your purchase order.

After we receive your cancellation notice, we will send you a form for completion. Please return the completed form by 17:00 of the day before the last business day of the month in which you wish to cancel your membership.
A form will be sent after you contact us about cancellation / suspension. Therefore, we would appreciate your notification well in advance.
(Example: If you are cancelling on September 30, 2020, please return the completed form by 17:00 on September 29, 2020.)

Q. What is the deadline to provide a notification for cancellation?
A. Please give us a notice a week before the last business day of the month in which you wish to cancel your membership. Q. Can we cancel our membership halfway through the month?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept membership cancellation in the middle of the month.
As per our terms of use, if your membership is active for 6 or more days in that month, you will be charged a full monthly fee. Therefore, please ensure that you cancel your membership at the end of the month.
※If you want your last contract month to be September 2020, please specify the cancellation date of September 30, 2020.
For the last login date, you can specify one of the first 5 business days of the following month after your membership is cancelled.
Q. Can we extract the data in the month after membership cancellation?
A. You can calculate points or extract the data free of charge for the first 5 days of the month after your membership cancellation.
Q. We would like to cancel our membership in the middle of the month. Will the monthly fee be prorated?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept membership cancellation in the middle of the month.
If your membership is active for 6 or more days in that month, you will be charged a full monthly fee.

Q. Will we be charged while our membership is suspended?
A. No, but if your organization uses Unipos for 6 days or more in a month, the full monthly fee will be charged.
※Membership is suspended as of September 1, 2020→No charge for September 2020
※Membership is suspended as of September 7, 2020→Your organization will be charged for September 2020
If you have a 6-month or yearly contract, the applicable fees will still be charged even while the membership is suspended.
Q. If we resume our membership, will the previous data be preserved?
A. The data will be preserved for up to 6 months.
If you wish to have the data preserved longer, please contact Customer Service using the chat function on Unipos.
Q. When should be the membership suspension start date?
A. Please ensure to specify the first day of the month to begin the membership suspension.
※Example: If you wish to suspend the membership starting October 2020, please specify 2020/10/01. You will be charged up to September 2020.
Q. Which date should be the membership suspension end date?
A. Please specify the last day of the month within 6 months from the membership suspension start date. In other words, you will enter a date before you resume your membership.
※Example: If you wish to suspend the membership until March 2021, please specify 2021/3/31.
Q. What is the difference between the suspension date and the last login date?
A. Suspension is related to your contract.
The last login date is the date when your organization's Unipos ceases to function. It means that members will not be able to access Unipos after the designated last login date.
※Members can use Unipos until the last login date.
Q. When should be the last login date?
A. Please specify one of the first 5 business days of the month in which your membership suspension begins.
※If you wish to suspend the membership starting October 1, 2020, you can specify the last login date as October 5, 2020.
※If you wish to stop using Unipos before the end of the month, you can specify a date as suitable to your situation (example: you wish to suspend the membership starting October 1, 2020, but wish to stop using Unipos on September 15, 2020).
