Request status

Requested: Your request is pending approval by the admin.

Pending receipt: Your request has been approved. The admin is preparing your culture rewards.

Received: You have received your culture rewards.

Rejected: Your request was not approved. The reason for rejection may be notified by an email.
※You will not receive an email if your email notification is turned off.
※The admin may not advise you of the reason for rejection.
If you have any questions about the reason for rejection,
please contact the admin of your organization. -
Refunded: Your request had once been approved, but your points were later returned to you.
The reason for refund may be notified by an email.
※You will not receive an email if your email notification is turned off.
"Requested" and "Pending delivery" include date from all the period.
"Received", "Rejected", and "Refunded" include data from the past 6 months.
※Members may not change or cancel a culture rewards once it has been requested for. If you wish to change your request, please contact the admin of your organization.
