What is the positive report?
Positive report is a summary of positive information based on the monthly Unipos usage data.
Those who have admin authority or authority to view analytics can download reports.
Positive reports are useful to announce the growth of your organization and members' activities both internally and externally.
Positive reports are available monthly in Japanese and English.
Each month's report will be available after the second day of the following month on a first weekday.
How to download a positive report
Positive reports can be downloaded via the analytics screen or an email.
- Analytics > Positive Report
- Choose the month you want to download a report for
- Click "Download in Japanese" or "Download in English”
*Starting July 2022, positive reports are displayed on the browser when you choose the language. To download a report, please click the arrow icon or save icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
When the report is updated, the following email will be sent to those with administrative privileges.
From this email, you can access “Analytics > Positive Report”.

Definition of each index
The summary of the usage in 〇〇
- The number of posts：Number of posts (monthly / cumulative)
- The number of claps：Number of claps (monthly / cumulative)
*It is not “the number of points sent by clap.” - The number of exchanged points：Number of exchanged points (monthly / cumulative)
Word Cloud for ○○
The most frequently used words in the posts for the month will be displayed.
*Please understand that we are unable to answer questions regarding the word selection logic.
The post that received the most claps in ○○
The post that received the claps from the most people (per month) will be displayed.
Members who posted/clapped the most in ○○
- Member who sent the most posts：Member who sent the most posts (monthly)
- Member who received the most posts：Member who received the most posts (monthly)
- Member who sent the most clap：Member who sent the most clap (monthly)
- Member who received the most claps：Member who received the most claps (monthly)
Notes on Positive Report
- Japanese positive reports will be available starting June 2020.
- English positive reports are available starting July 2022.
- For organizations subscribed to the old Basic plan, Japanese and English reports are available from July 2022 onwards.
- Word clouds extract and display words from posts in the language used. Therefore, Japanese reports is displayed in Japanese, and English reports is displayed in English.

The top one member of each of the "members who posted/clapped the most" will be displayed.
- The same applies when there are multiple members with the highest number of posts/claps.
- In some cases, such as when the number of characters in " The post that received the most claps" is large, the PDF may be output in 3 pages.
