▼What is the positive report?
※Available only for companies that have selected Japanese as the language of their team.
- Positive report is a summary of positive information based on the monthly Unipos usage data. A PDF report (Beta version) is available in Japanese only (time zone: Asia/Tokyo).
- A report displays the Unipos usage data for each calendar month. Each month's report will be available after the second day of the following month on a weekday.
- A report can be useful to announce the growth of your organization and members' activities both internally and externally.
- Those who have admin authority or authority to view analytics can download reports.
※Data prior to June 2020 is not available for download.
※Reports will be available from the month your organization starts the Enterprise / Enterprise Plus plans.
Example) Organization A started the Basic plan in January 2020 and switched to the Enterprise Plus plan in October 2020 → reports for October 2020 and thereafter will be available for download.
※This function is not available on a smartphone.
※Posts addressed to multiple users are also eligible.
The number of posts and claps is counted, regardless of the number of recipients.

Positive reports can be downloaded via the analytics screen or an email.

> Click "Analytics" in the sidebar on the left.
> Click "Positive Report" in the sidebar on the left.
> Choose the month you want to download a report for.
> Click "Download PDF".
