Connections beyond departments

You can see the extent of the connections each department has established with other groups.

※Posts addressed to multiple menbers are also eligible. If a post includes one or more menbers from another department, that post will be counted.

 

Chronological comparison

  • You will be able to see monthly data for the past 6 months (the data will be for the full 5 months up to last month and for the days that have passed this month).
  • If your accumulated data is less than 6 months, you will see the available data.
  • You can choose a department and see the connections it has established with other groups in the past six months.

Click "Departments" at the top left to apply a filter.
※You can choose one department only in the filter.
※New departments can be chosen on the day after they were added to Unipos.

 

Interdepartmental comparison

  • The average value for the past 6 months will be displayed for each department.
  • The displayed graphs are based on the data from the most recent month (either this month or last month, depending on the availability of the data).
  • You can choose multiple groups and see the connections they established with other groups.

Click "Departments" at the top left to apply a filter.

※You can choose up to 10 departments in the filter.
※New departments can be chosen on the day after they were added to Unipos.

  • The name of the department is displayed up to 29 letters (full-width). If the name is longer than 30 letters, that portion will be omitted.
    ※The full department name will be displayed in the pop-up speech bubble when you hover your cursor over a graph.

 

For both "Chronological comparison" and "Interdepartmental comparison"

  • "Connected to other departments" is counted if you have sent or received at least one post from a member of another department.
  • If a member is both "connected to other departments" and "trying to connect to other departments,"the member is counted only in the "connected to other departments" category.
  • Graphs are not displayed if no department is selected.
  • The term "other department" refers to a department whose relationship to the selected department (its own department) does not fall under either parent or child department.

 

Data reflection

Data are updated once a day, by noon each day.

The timing when the latest data is reflected to the system may change each day. If you wish to review the data including the day before, please check after 12pm.
