Start with "”WHY"” to show reasons for taking action.
Then, "”HOW"” indicates concrete solutions and information. All that is left is to take action.
And lastly, "”WHAT”" helps members understand what they should be doing.
This will immediately lead to voluntary action.

Please keep the following points in mind when writing your "Introduction”
- It is important that the issues and background are based on facts.
Here are opinions from employees.
