・The amount of deductible expenses you can claim depends on the type of your donation recipient.
※Your donation recipient falls under one of the following three types. You can confirm the type on the invoice or by using the Unipos point CSV download function.
- "Donations to the State, etc. and designated donations" (designated donations)
- "Donations to a specified public interest corporation, etc." (specified donations)
- "General donations" (general donations)
▼Donation receipts
Submission of donation receipts is required at the time of filing your tax return.
A donation receipt will be sent three month after a donation is completed (e.g. If you make a donation in January, a receipt for this donation will be sent to you in April.) A receipt will be issued every month.
"Authorized NPO Terra Renaissance", "Authorized NPO Nobel", and "Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Human Rights Watch Tokyo" issue their receipts annually. Please advise your admin when you would like to receive your receipt.
・A donation receipt will be sent by email as a PDF attachment.
※"Authorized NPO Katariba" and "Authorized NPO Florence" will mail a receipt.
・Donation receipts will be sent to the bill addressee from each donation recipient.
・The subject line of an email will read "READYFOR Unipos SDGs Plan Donation Receipt"
▼Bills
A bill will be sent on the second business day of the month.
A bill indicates the following information as well as monthly subscription fees.
- "Donations to the State, etc. and designated donations" (designated donations)
- "Donations to a specified public interest corporation, etc." (specified donations)
- "General donations" (general donations)
- Unipos Gift Pay fees
