About taxation details with the SDGs plan
You can claim donations as deductible expenses when you file your tax return.
The amount of deductible expenses you can claim depends on the type of your donation recipient.
※Your donation recipient falls under one of the following three types. You can confirm the type on the invoice or by using Point CSV.
- "Donations to the State, etc. and designated donations" (designated donations)
- "Donations to a specified public interest corporation, etc." (specified donations)
- "General donations" (general donations)
Donation receipts
Submission of donation receipts is required at the time of filing your tax return.

Sending Month
A donation receipt will be sent three month after a donation is completed (e.g. If you make a donation in January, a receipt for this donation will be sent to you in April.)
Sending frequency
every month.
※The following donation recipients issue receipts annually. Please advise your admin when you would like to receive your receipt.
- "Approved Specified Nonprofit Corporation Madre Bonita"
- "Approved Specified Nonprofit Corporation Katariba"
- "Nonprofit Organization Nobel"
- "General Incorporated Association Code for Japan"
How to send
By email (PDF attachment).
※"Approved Specified Nonprofit Corporation Madre Bonita" will mail a receipt.
Addressee
Same address as billing address.
Sender
Each donation recipient organization.
Only "Approved Specified Nonprofit Corporation Katariba" will be sent by proxy from the Readyfor office.
The subject line of an email
"READYFOR Unipos SDGs Plan Donation Receipt"
Bills
A bill will be sent on the second business day of the month.
A bill indicates the following information as well as monthly system fees.
- "Donations to the State, etc. and designated donations" (designated donations)
- "Donations to a specified public interest corporation, etc." (specified donations)
- "General donations" (general donations)
- Unipos Gift Pay fees
