Items you can enter when you add or update members
You can enter the following 8 items when you add or update members.

・Each email address identifies a member. ・Each email address can only be registered to one member. ・An email address can be up to 256 characters. ・Email addresses may contain half-width alphanumeric characters and symbols (-, ., or _). ・Use a half-width "@". |

A name can be up to 256 characters, and can include full-width or half-width alphanumeric characters, Kanji or Hiragana characters, and symbols. |

・You can set up a search name for each account to make it easier for other members to search. ・A search name can be up to 32 characters, and can include full-width or half-width alphanumeric characters, Kanji or Hiragana characters, and symbols. ・Do not include a space in a search name. ・The default search name is the area before "@" of an email address. ・If your organization uses members' private email addresses for Unipos, the Admin can change the search names to protect their privacy. ・Each member can also set up their own search name. Please see here for more information. ・The Admin can confirm everyone's search names on the page for editing member information or by downloading a CSV file containing all members. |

・Departments need to be pre-registered here before adding them to members. ・Please refer to this page for how to add or update departments. ・You can add up to 10 departments per member. ・If you wish to register multiple departments to a member, please divide them using commas. ・For hierarchized departments, please register the last department in the hierarchy. Parent departments don't need to be included. Example) If a person belongs to the HQ > Sales Division > Sales Department 1, you only need to enter the department code for the Sales Department 1. |

Add members
Access Team Admin > Member > Members.
Add one member at a time
1. Display the pop-up screen to add a member.
Click "Add a member" in the "Members" tab.
2. Enter the member's information.
Enter information about the member you wish to register and click "Save".
Once you click "Save", an invitation email will be sent to the email address entered.
(If the member's Slack account is linked, they will receive an invitation link on Slack from Slack bot.)
3. Confirm the member's information
Once the member is invited, they will be included in the "All members" list (the newest first).
Members who have not signed up will be marked with a red "! mark will appear on the left side.
※If some members do not receive the invitation email※
Please check I can't receive a Invitation email.
Add multiple members via CSV

Search Members
Access Team Admin > Member > Members.
Members can be searched by
- E-mail address
- Name
- Employee number
- Department
- Employment Type
Please select any item from the pull-down menu to the left of the search window to search.
Update members
Access Team Admin > Member > Members.
Update one member at a time
1. Display the pop-up screen to update a member.
Choose the member you wish to update from the list.
2. Enter the member's information.
Enter information about the member you wish to update and click "Save".
※When the email address is updated※
The user can enter the new email address and existing password to log in.
Please let the user know that they need to use their new email address for log-in.

Change the account status
Access Team Admin > Member > Members.
Update one account at a time
1. Display the pop-up screen to update the status.
Choose the member you wish to update from the list.
2. Change the account status
You can choose an action at the bottom of the pop-up screen.
You can choose from [Suspend] Account or [Delete] Account.
※Check before you change the account status※
▼To change an account to "Active"
・The current account status must be "Suspended".
▼To change an account to "Suspended"
・The current account status must be "Active".
▼To delete an account
・A deleted account can't be restored.
・Received points, posts, dashboard data, etc. can't be restored.

3. Confirm the account status change
Click the button as shown in the red box below to confirm the account status change.
