Take the following steps if you receive an error message (e.g. "It can't be displayed with your current version.") when you try to access Unipos via the Microsoft Teams app.
- Update your Microsoft Teams app to the latest version.
- Uninstall your Microsoft Teams app and install it again.
※You can view Unipos posts or receive notifications on Microsoft Teams app. Please note that you can't send a Unipos post via Microsoft Teams.
If problems persist or you receive different error messages, please contact the support team using the chat function at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
