If you have failed to log in using the methods on this page, please check the following information.

"Error code: E2006" appears
This error appears when a member's registration cannot be verified.
Please contact your company's Unipos admin to check the following two points.
- Are the accounts registered with both the linked SSO and Unipos?
- Are the email addresses registered with the linked SSO and Unipos the same?
I'm redirected to Unipos login page
If you are redirected to the Unipos login page, please try the following two points.

If you receive an error message or page that differs from the above, the cause may be one of the following.
Please contact your company's Unipos admin.

Your Unipos account has been suspended or deleted.

Suspended or deleted accounts cannot login to Unipos.

Please check the following two points.

Is your Unipos App updated to the latest version?

Please check for updates from Google Play / App Store.

Can you log in after uninstalling/reinstalling the Unipos App?

Uninstall the app and reinstall it from Google Play / App Store.
