Confirm Point CSV download
It is recommended that members confirm the points they have received in Team Admin > Point > Point CSV download.
- You can confirm the point acquisition status per month (between the 1st and 31st days of the each month) for members.
- All members who earned one point or more in the current month are displayed.

- Organizations using Culture Rewards will not be able to use the points CSV download.
Confirm Data per Member
You can also confirm “Received points” from Analytics > Data per Member, but please note the following
- You can always check and monitor the transactions of points for each member within the designated period. You can display data based on the date of the point transaction.

The CSV data will display members whose account status was "Inviting / Awaiting sign-up" or "Active" as of the end date of the aggregation period.
- Members who are "Suspended" or "Deleted" as of the end date of the aggregation period will not be displayed.

Data is tallied starting from the point reset (every Monday between 0:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.), so the start and end time for the calculation period may change slightly only when the period starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.

From 6/1/2024 (Sat.) to 6/30/2024 (Sun.), points will be added up to the point reset time from 0:00 on 7/1/2024 to 2:00 on 7/1/2024 because the end date of the tally period is Sunday.
