▼Overview of the range of viewable posts
You can set up a range of viewable posts for each department or member to manage which posts they are able to view.
※Once the range of viewable posts is specified, users will be able to view posts like this.
▼Rules for the settings
A range of viewable posts can be applied to departments and members.
Please choose a department to apply a range of viewable posts.
The members who belong to the department will be able to view posts by the department and its child department(s).
Example)
The range of viewable posts for Sales Division I is Tokyo HQ and Sales Department.
The members who belong to Sales Division I are able to view posts by Sales Department, Sales Division I, and Sales Division II.
When a new department is added on Unipos, the default range of viewable posts is that department only.
Example)
Mid-Career Hiring Team has been added on Unipos. This team's default range of viewable posts is
Tokyo HQ / HR Department / Hiring Group / Mid-Career Hiring Team.
Members who belong to Mid-Career Hiring Team can only view this team's posts.
You also need to choose a department when you specify the range of viewable posts to a member.
The member's overall range of viewable posts = the range of viewable posts specified for their department + the range of viewable posts specified for the member themselves.
Example)
The range of viewable posts for Accounting Group is Tokyo HQ / General Affairs Department / General Affairs Division.
The range of viewable posts for Employee E, who belong to Accounting Group, is Tokyo HQ / General Affairs Department / HR Division.
Employee E's overall range of viewable posts is General Affairs Division + Accounting Group + HR Division + Hiring Group + New Graduate Hiring Team + Mid-Career Hiring Team.
