▼What is the range of viewable posts?
By setting up the range of viewable posts, members will only see the posts created by relevant colleagues. It also allows members to ensure that their posts are only viewed by the colleagues they know. To start off, try sending posts to your close colleagues!
▼How is your post displayed?
The range of viewable posts applies to the posts you create. Members who do not belong to the specified range are not able to see your posts.
Rest assured that the range of viewable posts is set up by the admin.
When you send a post to someone within the range of viewable posts, that post will not be visible to the members outside of the range.
Posts can be sent/received to/from anyone.
If you send a post to someone outside of your range of viewable posts, the post will be visible to the recipient's range of viewable posts.
If you send a post to someone outside of your range of viewable posts, the post will be visible to the recipient's range of viewable posts.
▼Member's profile page
You can view other members' profile pages, regardless of the range of viewable posts.
On the profile timeline, you can't see posts exchanged between the members who are outside of your range of viewable posts.
▼Following members
You can follow members outside of your range of viewable posts.
However, you won't be able to see posts between the members outside of your range of viewable posts.
▼Department filter
You can apply a department filter within your range of viewable posts.

▼Notifications
You will receive email / app / Slack notifications about posts within your range of viewable posts.
▼What happens when changes are made?
▽A department's name is changed
There will be no difference to the range of viewable posts.
▽The range of viewable posts is expanded
Example) When the ranges of viewable posts for Department A and Department B are integrated and expanded.
※Let's assume that Employee A belongs to Department B.
【Before】
Department A's range of viewable posts: HQ and Department A
Department B's range of viewable posts: HQ and Department B
【After】
Department A's range of viewable posts: HQ, Department A and Department B
Department B's range of viewable posts: HQ, Department A and Department B
- Members who belong to Departments A and B, including Employee A, can view both departments' posts.
▽An employee was transferred to a different department
Example) When Employee A was transferred from Department B to Department A
Department A's range of viewable posts: HQ and Department A
Department B's range of viewable posts: HQ and Department B
- Employee A can view all the posts they sent / received, regardless of the range of viewable posts.
- Employee A can also view all posts by members in Department A and posts exchanged between Department A and other department, including ones from the past.
- Employee A will no longer be able to view posts by members in Department B and posts exchanged between Department B and other department (excluding ones which involve Department A).
▽A department was deleted
Example) Department B was deleted.
※Employee A used to belong to Department B. However, Department B was deleted and Employee A was transferred to Department A.
Department A's range of viewable posts: HQ and Department A
Department B's range of viewable posts: HQ and Department B
- Employee A can view all the posts they sent / received, regardless of the range of viewable posts.
- Employee A can also view all posts by members in Department A and posts exchanged between Department A and other department, including ones from the past.
- Employee A will no longer be able to view posts by members who used to belong to Department B and posts exchanged between Department B and other department (excluding ones which involve Department A).
