If the notification settings of your OS is turned off, desktop notifications will not work even when you turn them on in your browser or Unipos.

If the notification settings of your browser is turned off, desktop notifications will not work even when you turn them on in Unipos.
Google Chrome
- Click "" at the top right-hand corner of the browser > Click "Settings"
- Click "Privacy and security" > Click "Site settings"
- Click "Notifications" under Authorities
- Turn on "Sites can ask to send notifications"
Microsoft Edge
- Click "" at the top right-hand corner of the browser > Click "Settings"
- Click "Cookies and Site Permissions"
- Click "Notifications"
- Turn on "Ask before sending (recommended)" and "Quiet notification requests"
FireFox
- Click "" at the top right-hand corner of the browser > Click "Settings"
- Click "Privacy & Security" and scroll down to "Permissions"
- Click "" on the right side of "Notifications"
- Click "Allow" under the "Status" of the website
- Click "Save Changes"
Pop-up notifications are blocked
If the desktop notifications are blocked and the notification settings show "off" on Unipos, desktop notifications will not work.
