Possible reasons for the problem
Please confirm if any of the following issues apply to you.

The email address registered on Unipos and Teams does not match.
- If you are not certain which email address is registered, please contact the Unipos admin of your organization.
- If you are not certain which email address is registered, please contact the Unipos admin of your organization.

Your Unipos account is suspended or was deleted

Please check with your Unipos admin.

The post was deleted

You can't react to deleted posts.

A system error occurred

Processing may have been interrupted due to system or connection issues.

Please reload or try reacting a little later.

If none of the above issues apply to you and you continue to have problems (e.g. your Teams freezes when you try to react), please try the steps below to make sure the Unipos app is installed.
Steps to ensure the Unipos app is installed
- Click "Apps" on the sidebar of Teams
- Click "Manage your apps"
- On the list of apps, click "Unipos". Make sure you see "Personal app" or "You (personal view)"
If "Personal app" or "You (personal view)" is not displayed, follow the steps below.
Install the Unipos app
- Click "Get more apps" at the top left-hand corner of the screen
- Enter "Unipos" in the search window
- Click "Add"
