”Login ID members” forgot their password or lost their account information

If a “Login ID member” forgets his/her password or loses his/her “Account Information”, please follow the steps below to reset the password.

What is Reset Password?

When you reset the password for “Login ID member”, the QR code in the “Account Information” PDF will be changed.
