This page explains how to change “Login ID members” to “Email address members”.
Before changing, please be sure to read “Reminder on how to make changes”
How to change "Login ID members" to "Email address members”
1. Access “Members” and click "Update by CSV"
Access Team Admin > Member > Members, and click "Update by CSV".
2. Download accounts in use as a CSV file
Click "Download accounts in use as a CSV file", choose an encoding, and click "Download".
Depending on your organization's subscribed plan, you will see either "Download accounts in use as a CSV file" or "Download all members as a CSV file".
3. Download a separate template CSV
Click on “Template CSV for changing from Login ID to email address” and choose from Shift_JIS (Japanese) or UTF-8 based on the file format. Download a separate template CSV.
※Encoding※
UTF-8 is recommended, and this is the default option when you download a CSV template.
If your software is not compatible with UTF-8 or you are not able to upload a file with UTF-8 encoding, please use Shift-JIS.
If you are not able to upload a file with Shift-JIS or you receive an error message, please contact Unipos customer support.
4. Enter information about members to the CSV template
Refer to the CSV file which you downloaded at Step 2, and enter Login ID of the members you want to update to the CSV template.
The second and third rows of the CSV template have sample data. Please delete this data and add information starting the second row.
Do not change or delete the information in the first row.
5. Enter email address
In column B, “newMailAddress,” enter the email address you will register for each member.
※Email address※
・Each email address identifies a member.
・Each email address can only be registered to one member.
・An email address can be up to 256 characters.
・Email addresses may contain half-width alphanumeric characters and symbols (.!#$%&'*+=?^_`{|}~-@).
・Use a half-width "@".
6. Choose the file you created
Click “Choose CSV file” and select the file you created at Steps 4 and 5.
Please choose the character encoding that you selected when downloading the Template for updating information CSV in Step 2.
(When you download a template CSV file, UTF-8 is selected as the default encoding. If you downloaded a file with UTF-8 in Step 2, you don't need to change the encoding option here.)

・If the character encoding of the file chosen in Step 2 and Step 3 are different, an error will occur.

7. Upload the file you created
Click “Upload”.
8. Confirm your file has been uploaded
Once the uploading process has started, you will see a pop-up message: "Your CSV file is being uploaded."
※If it takes over 15 minutes for upload※
An error may have occurred.
Please check your connection and re-upload your CSV file.
Once the upload has completed, you will see a notification at the bottom left-hand corner.
Click ”Confirm results".
If you see a message: "Errors have occurred", see Failed to update multiple members simultaneously via CSV. Please amend your CSV file and re-upload the file.
