※If your organization doesn't use the Login ID function, all members will be Email address members.

How to add one member at a time
1.Access “Members” and click “Add a member
Access Team Admin > Member > Members, and click “Add a member”.
2.Enter the member's information
Enter information about the member you wish to register and click "Add Member".

Choose “Login ID" under the "Account" and enter Login ID.
Login ID's cannot be modified after they are registered. Please ensure there are no errors.
※If you are unable to click "Add" ※
The information you have entered may be incomplete. Please check the following items.
・Make sure that your Login ID does not contain any characters or spaces that cannot be used.
└ You can use one-byte alphanumeric characters and one-byte symbols (.!#$%&'*+=?^_`{|}~-).
└ Unnecessary white spaces should be deleted.
・Please make sure that you have not exceeded the maximum number of characters that can be registered (50).
・Please make sure that you are not entering a Login ID that is already registered.
・(If you are entering a search name) Please make sure it does not contain any blank spaces.
3. Share the account information with each member
Once members are added, they will be added to the member list on the "Members" page on Unipos. A PDF document will be generated.
Please download and print it, and hand it to each newly added member.

Members will need to keep this account information, as they will continue to use it to log into Unipos.

You can enter the following 7 items when you add a “ Login ID member”.

・You can set up a search name for each account to make it easier for other members to search. ・A search name can be up to 32 characters, and can include full-width or half-width alphanumeric characters, Kanji or Hiragana characters, and symbols. ・Do not include a space in a search name. ・If this field is left blank, the default search name will be the same as the Login ID. (If the Login ID is longer than 33 characters, the first 32 characters will become the default search name.) ・Each member can also set up their own search name. Please see here for more information. ・The Admin can confirm everyone's search names on the page for editing member information or by downloading a CSV file containing all members. |
