How to Add multiple members via CSV
1. Access “Members” and click "Add by CSV"
Access Team Admin > Member > Members, and click "Add by CSV".
2. Download a CSV template to add multiple members
Click "Download CSV file(Login ID)", choose an encoding, and click "Download".
※Encoding※
UTF-8 is recommended, and this is the default option when you download a CSV template.
If your software is not compatible with UTF-8 or you are not able to upload a file with UTF-8 encoding, please use Shift-JIS.
If you are not able to upload a file with Shift-JIS or you receive an error message, please contact Unipos customer support.
3 . Enter information about members to the template CSV
The second and third rows of the template CSV have sample data. Please delete this information and add information starting the second row.

※Note※
・Do not change or delete the information in the first row.
・If there are duplicate email addresses entered, an error will occur.
In that case, all members will fail to be added, so please make sure there are no duplicates.
・Login ID's cannot be modified after they are registered. Please ensure there are no errors.
・A CSV template can contain up to 2000 rows.
If you wish to update information for more than 2000 members, you will need to upload CSV files multiple times.
4. Choose the file you created
Click "Choose CSV File" and select the file you created at Step 3.
Please choose the same character encoding as the CSV file you downloaded.
(When you download a template CSV file, UTF-8 is selected as the default encoding. If you downloaded a file with UTF-8, you don't need to change the encoding option here.)

・If the character encoding of the file chosen in Step 2 and Step 4 are different, an error will occur.

5. Upload the file you created
Click "Upload" to upload your CSV file.
6. Confirm your file has been uploaded
Once the uploading process has started, you will see a pop-up message: "Your CSV file is being uploaded."
※If it takes over 15 minutes for upload※
An error may have occurred.
Please check your connection and re-upload your CSV file.
Once the upload has completed, you will see a notification at the bottom left-hand corner.
Click ”Confirm results".
If you see a message: "Errors have occurred", see "Failed to add multiple members simultaneously via CSV". Please amend your CSV file and re-upload the file.
7. Share the account information with each member
Once members are added, they will be added to the member list on the "Members" page on Unipos.
A PDF document will be generated.
Please download and print it, and hand it to each newly added member.

※It may take a few minutes before you are able to download a PDF file after members are added.

Members will need to keep this account information, as they will continue to use it to log into Unipos.

(If the Login ID is longer than 33 characters, the first 32 characters will become the default search name.) ・Each member can also set up their own search name. ・Departments need to be pre-registered here before adding them to members. ・Please refer to this page for how to add or update departments. ・You can add up to 10 departments per member. ・If you wish to register multiple departments to a member, please divide them using commas. Example) 1000,2000,20001 ・For hierarchized departments, please register the last department in the hierarchy which the member belongs. Parent departments don't need to be included. Example) If a person belongs to the HQ > Sales Division > Sales Department 1, you only need to enter the department code for the Sales Department 1. |

If departments or positions have not been
An error will occur if departments or positions have not been registered.
Please register departments and positions as described below, and add members.
- Go to "Team Admin" > "Member" > "Departments".
- Go to "Team Admin" > "Member" > "Positions".
