1. Access “Members” and click the member you wish to update
Access Team Admin > Member > Members, and choose the member you wish to update from the list.
If you cannot find the member you wish to update, you can search by the following items.
Please select any item from the pull-down menu to the left of the search window to search.
- E-mail address
- Name
- Employee number
- Department
- Employment Type
2. Enter the member's information.
Enter information about the member you wish to update and click "Save".
※When the email address is updated※
The user can enter the new email address and existing password to log in.
Please let the user know that they need to use their new email address for log-in.
