"Points available" usually reflects the real-time point balance, but it may not be temporarily displayed in the following occasions.
- You have been inactive on Unipos after you logged in last.
- The connection is poor.
- Cache has built up on your browser or app.
We recommend that you reload the browser or restart the app to confirm the up-to-date points you have.
