If you are using a company device, the following methods may not be possible depending on the company's internal settings.

How to clear cache of the Unipos app
iOS / Android
If “An error occurred” message displays, tap “Clear cache” on the screen.
Android only
If you are using Android, you can clear the app cache using the device's functionality.
The steps for clearing the cache vary depending on the device. Please comfirm by yourself.

- “Settings” > “Apps”
- Find and tap the Unipos app
- “Storage & Cache”
- Clear cache
Confirm if you have the latest version of the Unipos app
Confirm the current version of the Unipos app. If it is not the latest version, update it.

- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold your finger at the center of the screen
- Swipe left and right on the rist to find the Unipos app, then swipe from down to up

Tap the Recent Apps list on your Android

Turn off the smartphone and start it up again
Turn off your smartphone, start it up again, and then open the Unipos app.
Delete the Unipos app and download it again
Delete the Unipos app from your smartphone and download it again.
