▼Steps to achieve active usage of Unipos
The introduction of Unipos is just the beginning! You probably understand that, but your organization may be struggling with increasing the number of posts.
Generally, it takes time to achieve an ideal state. Don't be rushed and keep the PDCA cycle moving steadily and patiently.
First, let's look at how to grasp the current situation and identify issues.
▼Confirmation of the usage details
First, we need to ascertain the "volume" of how many people are using Unipos.
In this case, you will probably want to refer to the "usage rate" in the Analytics.
(Usage rate is the total percentage of people who have posted or applauded.)
In addition, the Analytics usage includes "Posting Rate" and "Applause Rate," so by looking at these figures separately, you can get a more detailed picture of the current situation.
Values to be considered as a guideline
- Posting rate 50% or more ※Percentage of those who have posted at least once a month
- Applause rate 70% or more ※Percentage of those who have applauded at least once a month
The usage rates of customers who have experienced a positive impact on their organizations are shown above, respectively.
If the posting rate and the applause rate are higher than the above guidelines, it can be considered that more than 70% of the organization has made the use of Unipos a habit, and it is safe to conclude that it has taken root.
Please note that this is only a guideline based on the results of the overall data, and a figure below this does not necessarily mean that Unipos is not being used very much.

Combine post and applause rates to assess the situation.
Based on the above, which of the following patterns applies to your internal use of Unipos?
The following chart shows the four quadrants based on the combination of the posting rate and the applause rate.
Let's check which pattern applies to your current situation by referring to the above guideline values.
A. Both posting and applause rates are high
(posting rate of 70% or more and applause rate of 50% or more)
This is an ideal situation where many people are posting and applauding, and they're making the most of Unipos!
B. High posting rate but low applause rate
(posting rate of 70% or more and applause rate of less than 50%)
Many people are sending posts, but not many people are applauding for other people's posts.
C. Low posting rate but high clapping rate
(posting rate: less than 70% and clapping rate: more than 50%)
This is a state in which many people are applauding for a post, but only a limited number of people are posting.
D. Both the posting rate and the applause rate are low (posting rate: less than 70%, applause rate: less than 50%)
The number of people using Unipos is limited.
▼Areas of improvement and sample measures based on various patterns

If B, C, or D is applicable to your organization, which of the six reasons in the picture below best explains your situation?
===============B===============
1. We don't know what kind of posts gain empathy or meet our purposes. Members' posts are not in accordance with the organization's goals, or posts are not getting many claps.
